Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered and accepted.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet agreed quality standards, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with relevant details.

We will review the concern and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or adjustment at our discretion.

Refunds or replacements are not applicable for issues arising from improper handling, storage, or delays caused by factors beyond our control.
