Shipping Policy

We currently offer local delivery within Lahore for our poultry and dairy products.

All orders are processed and scheduled through WhatsApp, where delivery timelines, availability, and pricing are confirmed before dispatch.

Delivery Timelines

        Delivery is made within 24–48 hours of order confirmation to ensure freshness.
        Exceptions may occur due to product availability, order volume, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances
        Any changes to the expected delivery schedule will be communicated in advance via WhatsApp



Delivery Charges

        Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated at the time of order confirmation via WhatsApp


Freshness & Handling

We take special care to ensure that all products are handled hygienically and delivered fresh. Once an order has been handed over to the customer or received at the delivery location, responsibility for proper storage transfers to the customer.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If a customer is unavailable at the agreed delivery time, delivery may need to be rescheduled, which could result in additional charges.
